Providing Health and Happiness through food

After battling with poor eating habits and obesity for years, I designed a customized meal plan that offers healthy, wholesome foods for children. I incorporated this meal plan in my after school program in 2011 and the response was amazing. With this success, I launched my first Summer Food Service Program under my nonprofit organization in 2013. It went so well, that I decided to expand it in 2015 to year-round programming for at-risk afterschool programs. Since then, I have expanded the vision to cater healthy meal plans for special events, meetings, parties, and corporate events.
